Cancellation / Reschedule Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment, please do so

24 hours before your appointment time. If any appointment is canceled the same day of your appointment (within 24 hours), you'll be charged 100% of you balance

DEPOSITS

All services require a non-refundable deposit of $35 which will be credited towards your appointment."No Call, No Shows" will be charged 100% of the service.

Late POLICY

Please be sure to arrive on time as there is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. After 15 minutes, your appointment is cancelled with no exceptions and will be considered a no-call/no-show.

Before you Arrive...

For purposes of safety and sanitation, we cannot allow any guests into the spa room including children.
